International duties and taxes

As customs policies vary by country, please contact your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, customers will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your orders.

We will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package if customer refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues.

Refund policy

Return / exchange policy

At CAVEMAN, quality checked is secured before shipping to you.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

It is important to note that we will only accept returns for defective products due to manufacturer's defect.

You can request for an exchange/refund within 7 working days upon receiving your order, subjected to the following conditions:

  • Your item must be unused and in the original condition upon receiving the item. It must also be in the original packaging, with original tags attached.
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for return/exchange.

If the above conditions have been satisfied, please write to us at din@cavemancvm.com with your reasons for the exchange/refund. Package sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping fees will not be refundable. You are required to bear the delivery cost for return. Should return shipment be lost during return transit, CAVEMAN will not be responsible.
